Communication is the starting point of the KCCS Group. Our Telecommunications Engineering business is involved in creating social communication infrastructure. Due to the growth of the number of smartphones and tablet computers, data traffic has increased. Therefore, continuous improvement of communication infrastructures is required. As a solution, we carry out Wi-Fi based mobile data offloading, which requires dealing with radio wave interference and data traffic congestion. KCCS uses value-added services resulting from our design, construction, and maintenance systems that cover all of Japan, and the synergy created between our Telecommunications Engineering and ICT business domains. This allows us to create and operate in a diversified social communication infrastructure.

KCCS provides a one-stop solution covering everything from radio zone design, based on mobile base station area simulation and optimization, negotiations and construction through to operation and maintenance. Furthermore, we have expanded our services to include logistics designed for batch procurement of parts and base station setup. This allows us to accurately respond to the needs of telecommunication carriers and provide a full turnkey engineering service.

Utilizing our mobile base station construction skills and technology, we create wireless broadband environments that support the promotion of regional informatization and improvement of public services for residents. In addition to network design, construction, operation, and maintenance, we provide services for local residents through synergy created together with ICT. KCCS also proposes the utilization of such networks for providing disaster information at a time of natural or human based disaster.

Safety, Quality Control, and Technology

Building customer trust
In order to ensure safety and quality control two elements that serve as the core of our Telecommunications Engineering business KCCS has established a Safety and Quality Control Center which is active 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It provides thorough safety control by communicating with staff at construction locations and providing alerts. We conduct periodical job training sessions (with our partner companies) for construction engineers, to teach various technologies and to maintain high work quality.

The KCCS Group plays a major role in the creation and management of the KCCS Group Partnerships Association. Its aim is to achieve mutual business development with companies and members throughout Japan and to ensure construction safety. Close cooperation among members is emphasized, such as continual skill improvement of engineers and keeping an open ear to partner companies' opinions in regards to business efficiency and local needs. Consequently, the association aims to contribute to society as a new engineering group that supports the social communications infrastructure.
